What you need to have before shipping your vehicle overseas:

Your freight forwarder will require commercial invoice for the vehicle or vehicles being containerized (loaded into container) and you must have a clear Original title-- again your freight forwarder will assist you here or we can hold it until ready too pack .

When shipping commercial cargo, we will require a copy of the packing list, and commercial invoice. We will also require total pcs and exact commodity in each container

When shipping a vehicle, automobile, motorcycle, ATV, etc. If there is a lien on the title involved on the vehicle we are shipping you will require, an authorization letter from the lien holder authorizing for the shipper to export the vehicle to the desire country. The letter has to be an original document, along with copies of the title, but the copies have to be notarized.

Copy of the bill of sale or commercial invoice.

Complete shipper's detail, full name, address, telephone number, fax number, email addresses

Complete consignee's detail, full name, address, telephone number, fax number, email addresses

ALL DOCUMENTATION ABOVE IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO PREPARE ALL DOCUMENTATION FOR US CUSTOMS. Without documentation above. Shipment will be held at origin. US customs fines will incur and will be forwarded to shipper / consignee's account.


PROCEDURE FOR THE EXPORTATION
OF USED VEHICLES OR HEAVY EQUIPMENT

as ordered by the UNITED STATES CUSTOMS SERVICE
In order to properly export vehicles or heavy equipment it is necessary to prepare and present three (3) separate packages of documents to the U.S. Customs Service.

Each package should contain the following documents:

  • Documents related to vehicle or heavy equipment (For vehicles, Title and supplemental) (In case of heavy equipment, NOTARIZED Bill of Sale)
  • Correctly completed EXPORT POWER OF ATTORNEY (NOTARIZED)   (If the owner shown on documents is NOT presenting the paperwork)
  • Correctly completed LETTER OF INTENT signed by authorized representative of shipping company (Signature MUST be on file at U.S. Customs Vehicles Export Station) 

FIRST Package:  A copy of the title or notarized Bill of Sale (as applicable). The ORIGINAL Power of Attorney signed by Owner and NOTARIZED.  The ORIGINAL Letter of Intent signed by Authorized Representative

SECOND Package:  A copy of the title or notarized Bill of Sale as applicable. A copy of the Power of Attorney (as in First Package). A copy of the Letter of Intent (as in First Package)
 
THIRD Package: The ORIGINAL Title or notarized Bill of Sale (as applicable). A copy of the Power of Attorney (as in First Package).  A copy of the Letter of Intent (as in First Package)
